After stumbling upon their repair video on YouTube, about a broken Beats Wireless Headphone, I decided to send them my device. They were very prompt on contacting me about my repair arriving and the final cost.
Instead of paying 100$ + for Apple to fix, Joes fixed mine within a 1.5week, for more than half the price. Since the repair, I never had any issues and since told many friends about my story. I was satisfied and happy with their work!
