I was really concerned that I would have to buy a new pair of headphones when my Beats quit working. I found Joes GE and reluctantly sent my headphones off for repair. I didn't know if I was wasting money on trying to fix the set I had or if I should just buy another pair. I received my Beats back quickly and in perfect working order! They were very kind and always answered my questions.
