When I broke the screen on my Apple watch contacted several local "repair" shops and decided to let one fix it. I paid upfront, they kept it for 2 months and never got it fixed. I found Joe's on a google search, filled out repair request, got a quote (half the price of the other repair shop), followed shipping instructions, received an email telling me it was fixed, paid the bill and got my (repaired) watch back. The entire process took less than two weeks. I highly recommend Joe's.
