So like most, I was incredibly apprehensive to mail out my beats headphones to get fixed. I had no guarantee that it would be mailed back and even reading reviews I was still hesitant, but the customer service is by far one of the best I've ever received. I was updated throughout the entire process through text AND email. I'd definitely recommend to any and everyone. And my headphones came back better than new.
