the battery part was as described, and the video instruction, although very fuzzy at times, was sufficient to get the job done - so thanks
Sadly the issue was not the battery, but it seemed the most logical issue - turned out the fitbit button was activated all the time, so that is what was draining the battery - and it drained the new battery as well - once that was fixed the new battery seems great
