Sent them my Fitbit Charge HR thinking the battery was bad due to it discharging within an hour of being fully charged. They diagnosed it as a bad main board. Turn around and return shipping was very fast. I've logged 265+ miles on it since it's return less than a month ago and it's been charging and working perfectly. Would absolutely use them again.
