I was hesitant to send my headphones out. I read the reviews, so I took a chance( because never sent any out to get repaired, always kept it local). They kept great contact with me. The repair was cheaper then expected ( $60, compared to what others wanted $109). The repair and the shipping was done very quickly, I was impressed with my whole experience!! Thank you.
