My son was so thrilled to get his Beats back. The repair was more than quoted, but that was explained in the initial correspondence. I knew that I couldn't buy new one or even used for the repair cost. The mailing time was longer (but that is USPS for you). I hope that there are no further issues with the headphones. Joe's was great about keeping me informed throughout the entire process so that I could make good educated decisions about the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joe's again for another repair!
