Loved it! No service in town was willing to fix my Beats, I sent it Joe’s and my problem was solved. It took longer than some say to get them back but I couldn’t care less about the way. The whole process took about 13 business days - from the first shipment to the day I received them. Communication was flawless and prompt and the technician Eddie was helpful and kind.
