Great service! Communication all throughout the process from initial order to sending in the repair to shipping and receipt of the repaired product (damaged headphones), was excellent. The cable repair was very clean and works great. Overall, you offer a great service at a fair price, and accordingly, I would definitely recommend Joe's to others.
