I am very satisfied with the service I received from Joe's. There are no local repair shops in my area that work on wireless beats earphones. I saw a video on YouTube and was convinced that Joe's team are professionals in fixing electronics. I sent my earphones via mail with the label provided. I was updated on the status from start to finish. I highly recommend Joe's GE to everyone. Great customer service!
