I needed my brand new beats fixed after our family puppy decided to chew on them. I thought they were going in the cycle bin. But i looked up joes online. It was really easy. Pick out my problems summited my repair request. I recieved a postal label and sent them in. With in 1 week the ninjas over at joes had them repaired and sounding great. I have already sent in an older pair of beats in for repair. Trust them....I do! I have to have my music!
