I first wanted to take my beats studio 3’s into the apple store to get repaired, but you might as well buy new headphones for the price they want. I don’t regret sending my headphones in to get repaired one bit at Joes GE. Fast, easy, and convenient process. I tried fixing them myself and accidentally did some other damages in the process. Needless to say I sent them in, they came back like literally like new and they payed attention to all the little details of the headphones repairs and they even smelled great on return. I am very impressed with the staff and company at Joes. 10/10 I would do again if I had too. I would recommend to anyone.
