When the headband broke on my son's Beats Studio 3 headphones, I was a little nauseous. They were pretty expensive, and I certainly didn't want to replace them, but I also didn't really want him to be without them. I found Joe's GE via Google search and thought it was worth a try. I was right. Their customer service is speedy and attentive. My biggest responsibility was packing the headphones for shipping. Joe's generated the postage paid shipping label, kept me informed every step of the way through receiving, diagnosing, repairing, and return shipping the headphones. The cost is competitive--certainly better than buying new Beats, so both my son and I are very satisfied. I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with Joe's again without hestitation.
