Incredible customer service. Got a label to ship my headphones, received all possible confirmations and notifications of the status of my repair to my email and phone, so i was always updated on what's going on with my headphones. Got them repaired even faster than i thought!
Thank you guys! Definitely will contact you again if i need to repair anything in the future (i hope nothing breaks though haha)
