Sending in my FitBit blaze was wayyyy easier than I thought it would be. They sent me a text and an email to verify that they received it. They diagnosed the issue as something different than I thought was wrong. And it was a cheaper fix! All in all, I was without my FitBit for maybe a whole total and it's been working great ever since.
