FitBit screen was shattered. Find the site via Google search and got an easy, no-stress quote. They sent me a mailing label via email. I printed it and sent the device. In a few days, they confirmed the price before doing the repair. They fixed it a few days later then sent a payment link. After I paid on PayPal, they sent the fixed Fitbit back to me. Looks good as new!!! The process was so easy. Will definitely use again.
