The whole process was quick and easy. Dropped it off at the post office in a Friday, got a text and email Tuesday, another on Wednesday with the final amt to repair my beats. Thursday got another text and email stating my repairs are complete and attached is the invoice. Paid and my beats were shipped back to me on Friday and arrive to my door on that Monday. I will definitely use JoesGE again.
