I was skeptical about sending my FitBit off, but decided to give it a try since no local places would fix it & online reviews were good. I will be using Joes GE again and am telling everyone about it!! Extremely simple process, very clear & timely communication throughout the process, and best of all, my FitBit works again (and came in cheaper than initially expected!!) I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience - it was awesome all around. Thank you to the Joes team - keep up the fantastic communication & service!!
