I had THE BEST experience! I sent my Fitbit Charge 2 on a Saturday using the shipping label I was sent (after I received the estimate via email). I got it back the very next Saturday! It works perfectly! The staff were awesome work communication. I couldn't be happier! I will recommend Joes GE to everyone and will be a repeat customer!
