My third Fitbit failed in last five years. I got the same response from Fitbit, "Your Fitbit is out of waranty, (BUT WE WILL GIVE YOU 25% OFF a new Fitbit.).
So, I thought I am going to go on-line and look for a private repair center.
I found Joe's and fourteen days later and sixty dollars later my $300.00 Fitbit is back on my wrist and working just fine. When I see some one with a Fitbit on I tell them about Joe's
