Couldn't have had a better repair experience. Website to send in my fitbit was extremely easy to use. Response from Joes GE with a reasonable quote was extremely quick, as was the repair (battery replacement) and delivery back to by home. My watch is working as well as it ever did and I'm completely satisfied. I'd highly recommend Joes GE to anyone with a fitbit that has a faulty battery (and it seems there are many!).
