WOW was I lucky... after receiving a new Fitbit, it would not hold a charge. We tested several different chargers. Nothing works more than 5 minutes. I started researching a possible quick fix but I found Joe’s! Shipped and returned FIX within a week. Thanks Joe’s. Good to know a Great and fair price company is available for needed support.
