These guys were superb!From the initial introduction to the end; payment and receiving my tracking information. They were spot on with the prognosis and the cost as well as the added touch ups(new earpads and new headband) that they gave me for a great price. THe best part of all this was how fast they got my Beats back to me. I paid for it on a Friday, they are closed on the weekend, so they weren't even able to do anything until the following Monday. Remember, Thursday is Thanksgiving... I still got them Wednesday afternoon!! This was a coast to coast shipping! They are in Washington state and I am in Washington DC!! I will absolutely use these guys again if needed and will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and family that need their electronics repaired! Great job guys!!
