I sent my fitbit to Joe's and they replaced the battery and back plate for a very fair price. They were great to communicate with and kept me in the loop on the process. I already sent them another Fitbit (wife's) to work on. Its great to be able to revive these expensive electronics from death, rather than send them to the landfill. I highly recommend these folks.
