I contacted Joe's company to repair and or update my Fitbit Blaze. It was a total shot in the dark and a lot of hope. This company is amazing in all aspects of customer satisfaction. They gave a quote and a time frame for repairs. When the repairs were completed, I was informed, and they sent it back. The quote, repairs and return we're perfect, and they kept me advised almost daily.
I would trust them to repair any electronic device. In fact I may send in my dog to repair. You guys are great.
