Sent powerbeats 3 earphones in for repair, decided to trade them in for a refurbished pair. There was a slight mix up with what I got but the very first time I contacted them about getting the right thing, they were very apologetic and got the correct stuff sent out right away. They’re very easy to deal with. If anymore of my junk breaks, I’ll send it to them to get fixed.
