I had a pair of beats that wouldn't charge or turn on. While browsing how to repair on the net, I came across Joe's ad. I contacted them with a quote and I was happy with the cost. Printed the free shipping label and sent them out.
A few days later I was contacted that it would cost more to repair than to buy a refurbished at a discount.
