I have a pair of wireless powerbeats3 that i was positive were dead. I took them to the Apple store and they wouldn’t help, the same for Best Buy where I bought them. They sat there in the box for a year unused and I randomly saw a video on YouTube for the Joes GE team able repairing Beats Headphones. Their communication was incredible, the time from shipping to getting my headphones back was very quick, and the cost was amazing. I highly recommend them. They gave me my music back!
