I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Joe's. The customer service is phenomenal! I could not find anybody to fix the broken screen on my FitBit Ionic. My watch was fixed in about 2 days flat. In all my watch was gone and back in a weeks time. I was emailed with every update without having to ask and if i had questions they were answered right away.
