a very nice, and capable organization/company... you get a lot of info from them during the repair, when the shipment is headN back to you, etc... I had the battery replaced in a pair of PowerBeat 3 earbuds... they weren't holding a charge for very long... they appear to be OK now... couldn't have done the repair on my own without breaking the earbuds (probably)... I had problems when paying with my credit cards and it turned out to be my problem, was using the wrong zip code... but overall - highly recommend Joe's GE...
