Tried a "do-it-myself" approach first - THAT was a mistake!!! Then went to Joe's - so glad I did!!
Great service - excellent communication all along the way; item repaired, returned in speedy time;
hope I don't have to use again (hope for no more malfunctioning equipment) ... but if I have a repair need, will go to Joe's in a heartbeat!
