Best decision I made to send my Beats headphones to Joe's. Communication was stellar throughout the process -- they informed me when it was received, when they gave me a quote when they figured out what was wrong, when it was on it's way back to me. Professional should be in their name, for real. I was delighted to get the headphones working like brand new. Joe's is the best and only place I will ever send anything to get fixed.
