I'm super pleased with Joe's! The battery on my fitbit Charge 2 was no longer holding a charge after something like 3 or 4 years. I'm trying to reduce my waste footprint and didn't want to just toss it and get a new one. I found Joe's online (i'm honestly not sure exactly how haha) and the price point was much better to solve the battery issue rather than buying a new one, and I feel good about supporting a small business rather than a big corporation. I also loved that I received texts and emails keeping updated on the fitbit while it was in transit, and that ability to communicate directly with the repair person, who explained to me what needed to be fixed. Will definitely use Joe's again!
