I had Joes GE replace a battery in my BeatsX Wireless Earphones. The whole experience was A+, from the mailing of the item using a pre-paid address label emailed to me, to the return mailing which was included in the repair cost. They also conform the quote before they start the repair. Very straight forward process and no risk! I would use them again.
