Joes did exactly what they said they would. They paid for shipping shipped broke headphones to them, they quickly responded with very reasonable cost to fix them. I agreed with the price and they repaired and paid to send them back within a week. Like “new” beats headphones. Very satisfied and I am sending them another pair to get fixed.
