I lately repaired my broken Beats headset. I searched the web and found about their service. I got a quote online and when I accepted the quote I received a usps label to send my headset to them. Once they received, they repaired it within the timeframe they promised. The headphone was shipped to me and it looks like a new one now. They have a good service and quality of customer service is excellent. I hope I will jot break my headset in future but if it happens I will use Joes service again.
