My daughter had damaged her Beats headset and I was already thinking that it could not be repaired. I did a quick web search and found them. Communication was easy and process was simple. They provide all instructions and USPS documents. The most difficult part was finding a box that would fit the headset and didn't go over weight. Within two weeks the headset was back home working again. Thank you!
