Very happy with the repair service and the overall process. This is the first time I used their services to repair Beats 3 studio. Contacted them via email and never needed to talk to anyone in person. All communication was over email. I did not know if I could trust them or was I getting into some scam. They fixed the headphones to perfect working condition. Very glad that they do not overcharge for shipping and include shipping cost in total repair charge.
