Jose GE did an excellent job analyzing my fitbit and got it fixed and back to me within 1 week full turnaround time. I was particularly impressed by the way the took my problem description and got it into their system, send me a free mailing label for easy shipping and took me step by step through their process. I only has to approve those repairs I wanted and my fitbit is as good as new. I'd certainly use their service again and I highly recommend them to other fitbit users.
