This was great experience, my ionic stopped working and when I contacted Fitbit they asked me to buy a new device with 25% discount, which was still 200$,
Joe's fixed it for 100$ in a day after they received my device, took a total of 2 weeks in total for the package to be sent to them and to receive the fixed device
