When I wasn't able to repair my Beats 3 headphones myself, I was ready to scrap them, even though I knew it was probably a fairly minor wiring problem. Joes GE came though as promised, phones are back, good as new. And considering the cost of two-way shipping, the price was quite reasonable--much less than the cost of a new headset.
