Allow Joes to take a look at your product. I did - and they said "It can be fixed" . Joes informed me about tbe fix, to what extent, the cost and about how long ro repair. They made the process as easy as possible, informing me or answering questions I may have. Then Joes proceeded to repair the headphones. I was completely satisfied with the repair.
