Finally, a way to repair a Fitbit! Was super stoked to discover Joes GE, after years of being told by the company that they couldn’t be repaired. Sent my Charge HR 2 to them for a cracked screen, got it back good as new, for 1/3 of the cost of a new model...WITH a screen protector! Great service & communication, fair price...what more can you ask for? Would definitely use Joe’s again if the need arises, and highly recommend them.
