Exceptionally Poor Service
I have ordered many times from John Craddock and understand that we are in unprecedented times
John Craddock currently owes me about £50 in unfulfilled orders
I have been phoning and emailing for about 6 weeks but have received no reply. The next thing will be to contact visa for a charge back.
I know times are difficult but even if Craddock staff are furloughed surely they can pick up emails at home?
Sorry John Craddock but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired
I have other Landrover friends and they are all avoiding buying from John Craddock due to similar circumstances
I don’t usually do reviews unless things are exceptional
This is exceptionally poor
Day after leaving review received 7 emails of complete gobbledegook Just want plain english
eg Sorry we have issued a refund
Still no response
I have been on hold for 55 minutes
I have emailed several times
