Prior to purchasing from their site, I conducted thorough research, expecting the brand to prioritise both beauty and quality equally. However, after buying some products from them—some for myself and some as a gift to a friend—it seems that quality has been sacrificed for design and styling. Although I respect the brand strategy, personally, quality is paramount to me, and while I appreciate other aspects of the brand, this misalignment leaves me questioning if it's the right fit for my values and preferences.
