People are leaving bad reviews for bad items which is retarded. You can view, plug in and test the items before bidding. If you just look at the website pictures you're taking the risk.
Having said that, I am convinced this company are bumping up the bids themselves. The viewing days are not that busy, yet every item always gets bid on competitively. I've seen items that have 'sold' and then the exact same item appear a week later for auction again. They don't publish the winning bidders account name either.
