Family apple tree I ordered is healthy and was obviously well cared for. However my tree went "missing" for several days which was frustrating. It seems it was due to be picked up on a Thursday, I was notified itched been shipped. Several calls later on the Monday I found out it hadn't actually shipped as the delivery truck didn't have room. No one communicated this to me, and as a result I waited in the house for 2.5 days for the delivery of the tree. Very disappointing.
