The order placed was dealt with promptly and I collected it on Monday last. However, at the collection point when I asked the assistant what soil and care I should give to the Magnolia she did not know and had to resort to the computer. I was not impressed.
Surely when my order was put together and placed upstairs a care advice leaflet should have been attached.
Also the collection point was untidy and the counter needed a deep cleanse.
I visited the cafe but the lady at the tillpoint did not ask me for my reward card.
