Excellent and friendly communication and swift dispatch. However the plants were far from adequately packed with one layer of paper and one thin plastic carrier bag per item and arrived with damaged stems, the rose had come out of its pot and almost all the buds had snapped off. Having paid only 5 euro for delivery slightly took the sting out of this but ideally better protection and a bit of additional padding in teh box to stop plants moving around. Also a note on box re whether it should be kept horizontal or vertical.
